  • These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://edwardinllc.com/ (“Site”) and any purchase of handcrafted home decor, garlands, textiles, serveware, candles, and related artisanal products (“Products”) offered by Edward International LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 206 N Hudson Street Buckner, Missouri 64016.
     
    By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, placing an order, or engaging with our services (“Services”), you (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy (all incorporated by reference). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our Products.
     
    We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
     

    1. Eligibility

     
    You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and place orders. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
     

    2. Order Placement & Acceptance

     
    When you submit an order through the Site, you make a binding offer to purchase the listed Products at the stated price, plus applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in our sole discretion, for any reason.
     
    An order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order—it only acknowledges we have received your request. Our official acceptance of your order occurs only when we ship your Products and send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. We may cancel unshipped orders at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
     
    • Product unavailability or inventory errors
    • Typographical or pricing errors on the Site
    • Suspected fraudulent activity, invalid payment information, or incomplete billing/shipping details
    • Violation of these Terms by the customer
     
    If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund of any payments received to your original payment method promptly, with no additional fees or charges.
     

    3. Pricing & Payment

     
    • All Product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Missouri state law and the laws of the delivery destination.
    • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card or payment details on our servers.
    • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount (Products + taxes + shipping + applicable fees) at the time of purchase. If payment is declined, your order may be canceled or delayed until valid payment is received.
     

    4. Product Descriptions & Handcrafted Variations

     
    All our Products are handcrafted, artisanal, or sourced from small-batch makers—many using traditional global techniques and upcycled materials (saree cloth, jute, paper beads, wool). Minor variations in color, texture, size, finish, and detail are inherent to handcrafted goods and are not considered defects. These variations are part of the unique character and authenticity of each Product.
     
    We make every reasonable effort to ensure Product images, descriptions, and specifications on the Site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee exact matches to the physical Product due to screen display differences, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our goods.
     

    5. Shipping & Delivery

     
    Shipping terms, including processing times, delivery methods, costs, and tracking, are governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Risk of loss, damage, or theft of Products passes to you upon delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier (not upon delivery to your address). We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
     

    6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

     
    All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.
     

    7. Intellectual Property

     
    All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, Product designs, trademarks, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Edward International LLC or its licensors, protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
     
    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or use any Site content or Product designs without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to legal action.
     

    8. User Conduct

     
    You agree to use the Site and our Services in a lawful, respectful manner, and you will not:
     
    • Use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes (including, but not limited to, credit card fraud or identity theft)
    • Interfere with the Site’s functionality, security, or servers (including, but not limited to, introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code)
    • Harvest, collect, or store personal information of other Site users
    • Impersonate Edward International LLC, our employees, or any other person/entity
    • Submit false, misleading, or infringing content to the Site
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass any security features of the Site
     
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, for any violation of this Section 8 or other Terms of Service.
     

    9. Limitation of Liability

     
    To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri and U.S. federal law, Edward International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, purchase of Products, or breach of these Terms—including, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data, or damage to property.
     
    Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Site or Products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Product(s) that gave rise to the claim.
     
    We shall not be liable for:
     
    • Normal wear and tear of handcrafted Products
    • Damage or loss caused by improper use, care, storage, or modification of Products
    • Delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control
    • Errors or omissions in Product descriptions that are corrected promptly on the Site
    • Third-party links or content on the Site
     

    10. Disclaimers

     
    The Site and all Products are provided to you “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including:
     
    • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
    • Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
    • Warranties that Products will meet your specific expectations or match Site images exactly
     
    No oral or written statement by our employees or representatives shall create a warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase of Products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
     
    Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation with us. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in the aforementioned courts.
     

    12. Miscellaneous

     
    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edward International LLC with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of Products, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
    • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
    • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written permission. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
