All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
 
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and may be extended slightly during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, seasonal sales) due to increased order volume. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 
We currently offer shipping within the United States via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your handcrafted home decor, garlands, textiles, serveware, candles, and artisanal products. Estimated transit times begin once your order has shipped (not when it is placed):
 
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (domestic only) – Ideal for everyday orders, with tracking included.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic only, if available at checkout) – For faster delivery, with priority tracking and delivery confirmation.
 

Important Notes:

 
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues (e.g., sorting delays, staff shortages), holidays, incorrect address information, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Rural or remote areas may experience an additional 1–2 business days of transit time.
  • We do not offer same-day or overnight shipping at this time.
 

3. Shipping Costs

 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
 
  • Order weight and size (handcrafted items may vary slightly in weight, so costs are adjusted accordingly)

Free Shipping Promotions:

Free shipping applies only to domestic Standard Shipping and does not include Expedited Shipping upgrades.
 

4. Shipping Addresses

 
You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. This includes:

  • Proper city, state, and zip code
  • Valid recipient name and contact phone number (for carrier delivery questions)
 

Consequences of Incorrect Addresses:

 
  • We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or returned orders due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information.
  • If a package is returned to us by the carrier because of an invalid address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order. We will contact you via email to confirm the correct address and collect the reshipping fee before sending your order again.
  • Undeliverable packages that are not claimed or corrected within 14 days of our notification will be canceled, and a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
 

5. Order Tracking

 
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
 
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order is marked as shipped—carriers may take additional time to scan and process the package before tracking data is available. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us at service@edwardinllc.com with your order number.
 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

 
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
 
  1. Check your mailbox, porch, building lobby, apartment office, or with neighbors—carriers often leave packages in secure, out-of-sight locations.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number to file an inquiry (we can provide carrier contact information if needed).
  3. Notify us at service@edwardinllc.com within 7 days of the “delivered” status, including your order number and details of your attempt to locate the package.
 
We will assist with carrier investigations, but we are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost or stolen, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund (at our discretion), provided the claim is filed within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
 

7. Damaged in Transit

 
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective (due to carrier handling, not handcrafted variations), please follow these steps:
 
  • Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery (per our Return & Refund Policy).
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged item, its original packaging, and the shipping label.
  • Do not discard the packaging or damaged item—carriers may require inspection for damage claims.
 
We will review your claim promptly (within 24–48 business hours) and arrange a free replacement, full refund, or store credit (at your option), with no additional cost to you. This includes covering the cost of reshipping a replacement item, if applicable.
 

8. International Shipping

 
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations at checkout—if available, shipping costs, transit times, and customs information will be displayed during checkout.
 

Important International Shipping Notes:

 
  • Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these fees at checkout, and they are not included in the order or shipping cost.
  • International transit times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days) and are subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and a refund (minus original shipping and return shipping costs) will be issued.
 

9. Order Hold Requests

 
If you need to place a hold on your order (e.g., you are out of town), please contact us at service@edwardinllc.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and the requested hold period (maximum 7 business days). We will hold your order from processing until the requested date, then ship it promptly.

We do not ship to the following locations:
 
  • P.O. Boxes (unless using USPS Standard Shipping, which is eligible for P.O. Box delivery)
  • APO/FPO addresses
